Holiday Booking Terms - User Friendly Key Points
Your £50 deposit sets us off to work securing your accommodation bookings.
We'll email you a booking confirmation asap.
If there are any problems with the bookings, we'll liaise with you to sort them out if possible, or refund your £50 if this is not possible.
Your full holiday balance payment must be paid 5 weeks before your holiday start date ( or promptly after booking confirmation, for holidays booked with less than 5 weeks notice).
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your holiday, we don't want to profit from your bad luck. You should expect to forfeit your £50 deposit, but we'll refund everything else EXCEPT accommodation booking charges that we are unable to get refunded ourselves.
In the unfortunate event that we have to cancel your holiday, we'll refund you the direct holiday cost but no additional consequential costs.
Cycling is a potentially risky activity and you do it at your own risk.
If you use our hire bikes we expect you to take good care of them and return them in good condition.
